Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing team at Expericia. You’ll work closely with leadership, including ex-Microsoft professionals, to drive growth through lead generation, prospect engagement, and sales enablement for our digital services portfolio.

- Identify potential clients in the international and domestic markets via LinkedIn, cold calling, and outbound emails.
- Generate and qualify leads through strategic outreach and networking.
- Set up meetings, demos, and discovery calls with decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective campaigns and pitch decks.
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, contacts, and activity logs.
- Work closely with the tech and leadership team to align business pitches with solution capabilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and pricing models.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B IT sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Excel.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
- Understanding of digital transformation services (Web, Cloud, SharePoint, Sitefinity, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
- Prior experience working with international clients is a huge plus.
