Our story

Built to give growing companies enterprise-grade engineering.

Expericia was founded in February 2025 on a simple observation: growing companies are underserved. They have outgrown freelancers, but a large agency is slow, expensive, and rarely gives them senior attention.

So we built the firm we would want as a client: deep enterprise experience at the top, a team trained from day one to build with AI assistance and senior review, and a real sense of ownership over the outcome. We work across commerce, custom product builds, cloud, the Microsoft workplace, data and content platforms for companies in the US, the UK, Singapore and India.

Since then we have delivered 40+ projects, both for direct clients and as the engineering team behind established agencies on their most demanding work. We also build and run our own product, ClinQ HMS, which keeps us honest about what a live system needs.
