An AI-native team moves fast; experience decides what is right. Between them the founder and the senior team have 90 years of building and running enterprise systems, and one of them is on every project from the first workshop to the go-live call.

23 years building enterprise software and the teams that ship it. Started in hospital systems at iSOFT on the UK NHS programme; then HCL Technologies in the semiconductor domain; then Microsoft India R&D, as an Enterprise Business Application developer supporting Fortune 500 SharePoint and Content Management Server customers; then solution architect for e-commerce, order and warehouse platforms at Fifth Gear (later Speed Commerce).
As CTO of Suyati Technologies he grew the engineering organisation from 5 to 300+ people, set up the e-commerce, CMS, Microsoft and cloud practices, and delivered 100+ projects for 70+ clients, including programmes for Motorola Solutions, Momentive Performance Materials and Author Solutions and a Salesforce build for Harvard. As Country Head, CTO and then CEO of Thomsun InfoCare he built its India operation from zero to a 60-person team in twelve months, serving UAE and US markets.
Founded Expericia in February 2025 to give growing companies the engineering judgment of an enterprise team at the speed and cost of an AI-native one; ClinQ HMS, the ABDM-native hospital platform, was incubated here.
Day to day, Expericia runs under the leadership team on this page. Karthick sets the direction, reviews the architecture of every new engagement before it is priced, and is the person any client can call when something matters. The rest of his week goes to ClinQ.

Architecture, engineering standards and the quality gates every build passes.

Enterprise integration, data and the Microsoft stack; the second pair of eyes on every design.

Day-to-day delivery: sprint planning, code review and the weekly working build.

Strategy and customer success: the named point of contact for every account from kick-off through the years after go-live.

Coordinates Discovery Sprint scheduling with a senior architect and stays on the account through pricing.
Expericia is 30+ people: engineers, analysts and designers trained from day one to build with AI assistance, and a senior layer whose job is judgment. The ratio is deliberate. AI makes the first draft fast; the senior review is what makes it enterprise-grade.

The first conversation is with the people who will do the work, not a salesperson.
