Kendon Packaging
For a UK packaging group with several product brands: an Adobe Commerce / Magento storefront with a companion mobile app, multi-site management across the brands and product management, built by a team of eight in six months.
A Singapore provider running several recreational and member clubs had a separate, ageing site for each. We built one enterprise content platform with a role-based portal for NSMen members, to Singapore data-compliance standards, and made it faster than any of the sites it replaced.

Every club had grown its own website, its own content process and its own way of logging members in. Members with access to several clubs had several accounts; staff published the same notice several times; and the compliance requirements that apply to a national membership base were being met site by site rather than once.
The goal was one platform: central control, local flexibility, a single personalised experience for NSMen, and performance good enough that members stopped noticing it.
Sitefinity's multi-site model fitted the structure of the organisation: one platform, one member identity, one set of governance rules, many front doors.
| Challenge | What we did |
|---|---|
| Disjointed systems across clubs | A unified ECMS architecture with centralised control and per-club sites |
| Outdated interface and slow load times | A modern responsive front end, tuned for performance |
| Multiple compliance and governance requirements | One implementation meeting Singapore data-compliance norms, applied everywhere |
| No personalised access for NSMen | A custom NSMen portal with role-based access to content and services |
Pages load a third faster than before, members use the portal more because it recognises them, and the organisation publishes once and governs once. Twelve engineers over nine months is the largest single team we have fielded on a content platform, and the reason we are confident on multi-site work of this scale.
